    Hello Brothers,

I have, and will continue to encourage you to seek to glorify the Lord Jesus in your music.
And that you all guard/protect the ministry Christ has given you all.

This would include discipling the next generation of musicians that might take your places should the Lord lead you to other ministries.

To that end, I am officially challenging-exhorting you to (seriously) consider establishing an Exalting Christ Worship Conference.

I wrote a letter to Steve describing my burden/desire to see Northern California worship teams be discipled in the matter of worship that glorifies Christ, rather than man (or worship teams for that matter).

Can you imagine having (annual??) conferences that would include Christ-centered preaching about true worship, introducing music that is both doctrinally sound as well as devotional (Exalting Christ Music, Sovereign Grace Music and others), and workshops that promote the same.

You have been blessed to attend Sovereign Grace conferences and have brought that passion for music that exalts the Lord Jesus back to the church. And we, the church has been moved by the Holy Spirit to praise Jesus like never before.

    I’m just saying!!

Please pray and talk about this as a team. And may the Lord move upon your heart to Exalt Christ in this matter.

    I love you brothers.

    Because of Jesus ~ bob
